Pet friendly with deposit. Great neighbourhood, within walking distance from sage creek. Utilities are included aside from hydro and internet. The property manager is great, neighbours are quiet and respectful. The apartment is a corner unit, so you would only share one wall with an elderly quiet neighbour. Only leaving because we found a house.
