This is a garden level (basement) unit and as such is accessed by walking down a flight of stairs• You're uncomfortable with the owner living upstairs• You are very tall. The ceilings are generally 6’ 9” (205cm), with a support beam soffit running through the suite at 6’ 4” (193cm). The larger bed is a queen size sleigh bed measuring 6’ 8” (203cm) in length.• You prefer a highly walkable neighborhood. We have a few restaurants, a brewery, and small shops within easy walking distance, but if you won't have a car for your stay, please plan to use public transit or Uber/Lyft. Getting around without a car isn't difficult, but having one would be easier.
