The home is 2 levels and spread over 2,331 square feet of finished space. The upper level has an open living and dining room with a decorative fireplace. The kitchen is just past the dining room and has brand new appliances, sink, and countertop! The three bedrooms are on the upper level, and each comes with a ceiling fan. The primary bedroom has private access to a .75 bathroom, which also connects to the kitchen. The hallway bathroom has a tile shower/tub and a new double sink vanity! In the lower level you will find a large family room that has a working fireplace and garden-level windows. The office and final .75 bathroom are also on the lower level. The garage is accessed through the lower level hallway and includes hookups for a Washer/Dryer. The backyard and deck have a door off the kitchen. The backyard has a large deck, planter boxes, and a great view of the mountains! This house has a 2-car garage, and lots of closets for storage. The house is located in School District 11, built in 1962, and does NOT have A/C. Tenant is responsible for yard care and all utilities. Up to 2 pets allowed! If approved, there is a refundable $300 deposit per pet, and a monthly charge of $35 per pet. As with all homes managed by MileStone Real Estate, any type of smoking or vaping is not allowed in the home or garage, and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises. 11 month lease. Minimum acceptable credit score of 650. Monthly income requirement is 2 times the amount of rent. Please call for additional qualification details and to schedule a showing. We do not rent our homes sight unseen. MileStone RES is an Agent for the owner and works with tenants as the customer. MileStone RES is an equal housing provider and does business in accordance with Federal and State Fair Housing Law.
