There are three rear decks an outdoor fireplace, it has seating off the back balcony that you can enjoy over looking the lake and watching some of the most beautiful sunsets. Owner pays for power, water, pool service and maintenance, landscaper, internet, cable, propane for BBQ and maybe for spa, and all other maintenance!
