The other two bedrooms have large closets: one would make the perfect home office, game room, or nursery. Ceiling fans are installed throughout the unit. The location is perfect being in the heart of family friendly Fountain City. You are across the street from the KAT busline and the Fountain City Public Library and within walking distance of the Post Office and Fountain City Park. The schools are located within one mile: Fountain City Elementary, Gresham Middle School, and Central High School. Just as close are restaurants, grocery stores, eateries, churches, banks, shops, and other places of daily business. Not too far away are Halls, Powell, Gibbs, downtown, UT, and I-640 which makes most all of Knoxville a convenient drive. We are pet friendly upon approval and the nonrefundable pet fee is $250 per pet and $20 per pet a month. We require 3 times the rent in gross household income (before taxes) and prefer a 600 credit score as well as a positive referral from your current landlord. The lease is one year and first and last month's rent plus a onetime $500 mone-in fee is due before signing.
