Classic 1920s craftsman style home in the historic Grant Park neighborhood. Safe, quiet, and peaceful. Walking distance to Grant Park, New Seasons and Fred Myer, as well as Hollywood district. Short biking distance to Alberta Arts, Vancouver/Williams, Emanual Legacy and Providence hospitals, Laurelhurst, and about 3 miles to downtown Portland. The house contains 3 floors, main, upstairs, and finished basement. The stairs are original, steep, and plentiful, please only apply if you are comfortable with stairs. Upstairs is a very large master bedroom, 2 walk in closets, one of them cedar, a large nook area for TV/couch, space for yoga, living room desk, etc. A full private, tiled, bathroom with clawfoot tub (no shower curtain, European style sit down shower or bathing only). Main floor has 2 bedrooms and newly renovated full bathroom. Large living room with working wood fireplace and new glass doors. Dining room and full kitchen with nook area. Back bedroom has sliding glass door which opens onto the backyard cedar deck. Basement has large storage closet, small storage room, large living room, and huge full bathroom with laundry, infrared sauna, and stand up shower. Backyard fully fenced with new cedar fence and deck. Single car garage and driveway. Heat is gas, blown air floor ducts. A/C are GE Clearview window units provided for each bedroom plus larger BTU unit for main floor common area. Install and removal will be taken care of by landlord each summer/fall season. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Gas (heat, water heater, stove) - NW Natural Electric (lights, plugs, A/C) - Pacific Power Water - City of Portland Garbage - Elmer's Sanitation Pets are conditional. Must discuss before renting. No more than 2 cats/dogs or cat/dog combinations. No new-to-you pets. Lease length is negotiable, min 3 months up to a year. Possibility for furnished or partially furnished is available.
