South Park: 2 story Detached Carriage House upper and lower unit Our 2BR/2BA Carriage House is nestled in the heart of South Park, walking distance to fabulous restaurants, shops, art studios, and so much more. South Park is one of San Diego's most sought-after neighborhoods, kind of a local's secret. This fully renovated, historic building is just a block away from Balboa Park and the best off-leash dog park in the city. The Carriage House is fully detached from the main house, and includes a private entrance and courtyard with patio furniture. The upstairs is a 1br/1ba with a full kitchen and the downstairs is a studio. We are renting both units as a whole. This is the original Carriage House to the main house. The main house has been featured in local and architectural magazines and has also been one of the featured tour houses on the “South Park Historic District Walking Tour.” It is highlighted for its unique, eclectic architectural design.
