About 2855 Lydia St
Make an appointment to view this newly renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home in the heart of Riverside. This home is located only half a block away from Willowbranch Park and a few blocks away from Park Street, which features lots of restaurants and shopping. Fresh paint throughout, ceramic tile flooring in the living areas, and new carpet in the bedrooms make this a cozy home. The kitchen is brand new and features an open layout with a stainless steel microwave and dishwasher included. The large windows allow plenty of sunlight in every room. All windows have blinds. The backyard features a new fenced in area that is fully enclosed. A stackable washer and dryer is included for your convenience. The residents are responsible for electric utility and back yard lawn care. Water and sewer is an additional $50 per month. Small pets are welcome, breed and weight restrictions may apply. Application fee $55 per person 18 and over. Lease Term: 12 months. If your application is approved, we require the lease to be signed and the security deposit to be dropped off to our Riverside office in the form of a cashier’s check or money order within 48 hours. There is also a one-time $100 lease administration fee due when the security deposit is dropped off. This fee is not based on the number of applicants. MINIMUM CRITERIA: VERIFIED GROSS INCOME MUST BE AT LEAST 3 TIMES THE MONTHLY RENT. ALL TENANTS 18 YEARS OR OLDER MUST SUBMIT AN APPLICATION. MINIMUM CREDIT SCORE OF 600.
