The laundry/pantry area is adjacent to the kitchen and provides additional storage. In addition, it has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a living room. There is also a mudroom on the east side of the kitchen which has built-in storage cabinets. The Landlord provides the following appliances: stove/exhaust fan, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The landlord also provides blinds on all windows, Culligan water filtration system, water softener, dehumidifier & central air conditioning. The Landlord performs ALL maintenance to buildings, lawn, landscaping, and trees, including ALL snow shoveling and plowing. This is a single-family residence, no more than two unrelated adults as tenants. This property requires a $2,900 a month rental fee along with a $2,900 security deposit. The renter is responsible for all utilities. Pets are negotiable, with the prior written approval of the Landlord. Cable TV and high-speed internet are available at tenant’s expense. A professionally installed security system is also available if the tenant wishes to pay the monitoring fees. Full nationwide credit, criminal and eviction records will be part of the screening process. All previous landlords will be contacted.
