The laundry/pantry area is adjacent to the kitchen and provides additional storage. In addition, it has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a living room. There is also a mudroom on the east side of the kitchen which has built-in storage cabinets. The Landlord provides the following appliances: stove/exhaust fan, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, washer & dryer. The landlord also provides blinds on all windows, Culligan water filtration system, water softener, dehumidifier & central air conditioning. The Landlord performs ALL maintenance to buildings, lawn, landscaping, and trees, including ALL snow shoveling and plowing. This is a single-family residence, no more than two unrelated adults as tenants. This property requires a $2,900 a month rental fee along with a $2,900 security deposit. The renter is responsible for all utilities. Pets are negotiable, with the prior written approval of the Landlord. Cable TV and high-speed internet are available at tenant’s expense. Full nationwide credit, criminal and eviction records will be part of the screening process. All previous landlords will be contacted.
