I need a roommate for a gorgeous two bedroom freestanding house at 2834 Denby Ave. Rent reduced, looking for someone asap! Everything in the house is brand new it was just renovated. Includes all hard wood floor, all new appliances (stove, microwave, DISHWASHER), washer dryer in the house, amazing kitchen, closet space, tons of storage space, garage, big front yard with garden, porch and BBQ area, plenty of windows. Tile and marble bathroom. Landlord pays water and gardening. I expected the utilities to be pretty inexpensive. I have internet. I don't have too much furniture as of now but am looking for a kitchen table and couch etc. There is also a huge shared garage which can be used as storage space, and or a sort of studio depending on your/my needs. I think it would make a great work space. Gated off street parking in a big driveway even if the garage is used as a studio. Close to the freeways as well as silver lake, Elysian park, at water, and Los Feliz. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly and full of families About me- 28 year old female freelance graphic designer recently relocated from New York. I work from home sometimes but also have an office space. I have two small, awesome dogs, so you must be ok and even like dogs/pets. I enjoy cooking, music, out door activities, I go out often. I'm rarely seen sitting still. I'm organized and tidy and take pride in making my home look awesome. What you should be- Employed, responsible, laid back but clean, male or female. Able to communicate about any roommate issues that should arise. Includes all hard wood floor, all new appliances (stove, microwave, DISHWASHER), washer dryer in the house, amazing kitchen, closet space, tons of storage space, garage, big front yard with garden, porch and BBQ area, plenty of windows. House is fully furnished (except the room for rent). Tile and marble bathroom. Landlord pays water and gardening. The utilities are fairly cheap. There is also internet. There is also a huge shared garage which can be used as storage space, and or a sort of studio depending on your/my needs. I have a desk set up in there. There is off street parking and also plenty of street parking. Close to the freeways as well as silver lake, Elysian park, At Water, and Los Feliz. The neighborhood has a lot of artists, as well as architecture and design businesses, a motorcycle shop, an artist commune where they screen print and tattoo. It's a bit up and coming.
