You'll also find one bedroom and a modern full bathroom on this level. Upstairs, the second floor offers two more bedrooms with new carpets and another updated full bathroom with double vanities. The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor, offering added privacy. Out back, enjoy a large private deck that leads to convenient off-street parking—perfect for entertaining or relaxing outdoors. Central A/C provided. Lease term: Lease will end 7/31/2027 (with potential for renewal). Utilities & tenant responsibilities: Tenant pays for water, sewer, gas, electric and trash. Tenant is responsible for lawn/shrubbery care, and snow/ice removal. No smoking. Renter's insurance is required. Pets: Pets are considered; however, some dog breeds are not permitted. Check with us regarding your breed of dog(s). For each allowable pet, there is a $200 one-time non-refundable fee and $50/month. Max 2 pets. Tenant qualifications: Applicants' combined monthly income must be at least 3x monthly rent (unemployment income not considered). We check credit (minimum score 600), criminal background, rental/eviction history, and references. There is a $55 application fee per adult tenant (and cosigner, if applicable).
