Exceptional 2bd 1.5ba townhouse in a great location. Beautiful woodplank laminate flooring on the main floor with a gorgeous fireplace. A powder room is also located on the main floor. The kitchen is great with appliances including stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Plenty of cabinet space. Upstairs has 2 spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space and 1 full bath. There is plenty of storage in the attic and in an outside room. There is a large size fenced in yard with a patio for those summer parties. Plenty of paved parking. Huge front porch for those cool evenings in a rocking chair. Close to shopping, restaurants, soccer fields, parks, downtown Mauldin and Greenville, and Conestee Park. Tenants out the end of Feb ready about mid April.
