There is plenty of storage in the attic and in an outside room. There is a large size fenced in yard with a patio for those summer parties. Plenty of paved parking. Huge front porch for those cool evenings in a rocking chair. Close to shopping, restaurants, soccer fields, parks, downtown Mauldin and Greenville, and Conestee Park. Tenants out the end of Feb ready about mid April.
