This upstairs flat unit features living room, kitchen, dining area with sliding glass door to the private deck, laundry room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. There are laminate wood floors throughout and forced air gas heat. The yard is shared and the landlord provides landscaping. Appliances included are range, refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer & dryer hook ups. No utilities included in rent. Rent: $1,650.00 per month. Minimum gross Applicant income: $4,950.00 per month (3 times monthly rent). TERMS: This property is located OUTSIDE Portland city limits and is not subject to the FAIR Ordinance. • All occupants 18 years of age and older are Applicants and are jointly responsible for paying rent to the landlord. • Minimum gross Applicant income must be at least 3 times the monthly rent. • One year rental agreement. • NON-SMOKING PROPERTY.
