Lived in this complex for almost a year. Our apartment, look at my attached photo, was facing the “noisy” part of the Lofts. Yes, you can hear the I-205/5 section but only when some @$$hole trucker uses an unmuffled engine brake in the middle of the night. Other wise it never bothers us or our small kids. Also, some people complain about thin walls, our neighbors were a family of 5, three small children and we never heard them. Never had any issues with the management team. The only downside of this complex is the parking for guests. If you plan to have a lot of visitors that might be a problem. The summary: Each time we drive by this area and my kids see The Lofts they have good memories of it.

My roommate and I have been here a few weeks, and have been very happy with how willing and able the property managers are when it comes to helping us out. We recently had a misunderstanding with how Ethernet ports would be wired, and they quickly were able to get an electrician out, fully pay for it, and get our problem fixed with no hassle on our end. It’s greatly appreciated and a breath of fresh air when it comes to landlords!
