You will get a private sunny bedroom with a view, a shared bathroom with double sinks, shower, and tub (with personal sink and storage), shared large, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher (with personal shelf and cabinet space), shared yard with dining table and grill, shared dining room and living room, free, in-house laundry, wifi, alarm system, and trash included, walking distance to Mills and the Laurel shopping district, as well as the transbay bus and casual carpool. All of that for $900 per month plus ? of the electric and water bill. First and last month's rent plus $500 deposit to move in. 6-month lease but willing to negotiate more or less. We are looking for someone who has a steady income and a great rental history, keeps somewhat normal hours (mostly quiet after 10), has only occasional overnight guests, has no pets (sorry), is clean and respectful of shared areas.
