Property Id: 2591453 Newly remodeled Basement Apartment. Very lovely, with separate entrance. Close to Old Town and CSU however very quite neighborhood. Only a block from a very large park with a pond and 1/2 mile from two trailheads. Location is between Overland and Taft off of Elizabeth. Perfect for a student with a focus on their studies/Masters or PHD or a professional, Apartment if 750 square feet so a moderate size. Very private. I am very quite and it is a peaceful serene home. Dogs or Cats allowed that do not spray :) Looking for someone whom enjoys the quite since I am above them. I will be collecting deposit plus last months rent. Pet rent to be discussed.
