West park is amazing!! Their front office staff(Tabitha& Martin) is out-of-this world helpful and welcoming and the maintenance staff responds quickly to any issues residents report. The monthly rent is pricey, but reasonable given the size of the apartment and the servies provided.. I would highly recommend these apartments to a friend! I renewed my lease and feel so blessed.

I had a great time in these apartments. I lived in one above Five Guys for three years. They allow dogs, which was great, the floors were super easy to clean and the location was fantastic. I never had the issues some have talked about with breaking appliances so I can't really comment on Poudre Property Services' promptness in responding to it. The only downside is that there's no guaranteed parking, the apartments occasionally get loud from the businesses down below, and there's not much pantry or kitchen space. Otherwise it's a great place.
