The condo inside is two levels with each bedroom having its own private bath. All carpets have been replaced within the last 5 years and are regularly deep cleaned. There is hardwood vinyl/tile in the bathrooms and kitchen area. Master bathroom has been updated with a remolded walk-in shower. Bonus area in between the rooms is big enough to be an office space, mini living room area, or a workout area. Condo is mainly South facing and therefore receives a lot of natural light throughout the day with the 6+ full length windows all along the main level. New blinds and shutters installed in main living/kitchen area. Rent is $3,050 which includes water, an assigned parking space (spot 514) and all community amenities- such as a gym, pool, and shuttle bus that takes you to the nearest metro (Van Dorn St). The community also has a restaurant, cafe, dog grooming, child daycare, elementary school, and cleaners all within walking distance of the condo. The condo is pet friendly with a one-time fee of $350. Tenant is responsible for all other utilities, such as electricity, gas, and internet.
