Three bedroom home available for rent in Garfield Park for an affordable monthly rate. Not super updated but good amount of space inside with recent flooring improvements throughout. Main floor layout includes a large living room, kitchen with eating area, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. Upstairs there is bonus living space that could be used for an office or recreation area, slightly odd half bathroom, and third bedroom. The basement is unfinished with plenty of storage space and washer/dryer hookups. The deck is well shaded. The single car driveway isn't ideal since Madison can get a bit busy during rush hour, but if the two stall garage is utilized for parking it makes things easier. The location is great for access to US 131 and 28th Street businesses. There is a commercial bakery just south of 28th Street that produces delicious smells on a regular basis (think bread and PopTarts). Pets are allowed for an additional $100/month per pet and a $500 non-refundable deposit. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (gas, electric, trash removal, water, sewer, lawn care, and snow removal). Renters insurance is required. Private landlord. Application Fee: $45 Security Deposit: Equal to 1-1.5x the monthly rent and determined based on application strength. Housing vouchers are accepted. Landlord is an equal opportunity housing provider.
