Samoset Community Rules & Regulations - 2 vehicles per unit. - Motorcycles, and trailers are not permitted. - Guests/Tenants NO pets - Adhere to all posted signage Note: Community Rules will be shared, agreed upon, and signed by tenant prior to occupancy and fees may be incurred by tenant if violation of rules.
