Hey there! I am currently looking for a new roommate for our amazing place in the heart of Lincoln Park. Must love dogs! ;) Move in: January 1st (Move-In date is negotiable) Rent: $1050 Security Deposit (non-refundable): $1050 Term: prefer at least a year, but space is subleasing month-to-month with landlord. 3 bedroom, 1 bath, lots of open space. Living room, Entry room, Dining room, Mud room and generous back patio (we’re on the second floor). Coin laundry in basement. Kitchen has a dishwasher. Fairly newer central air & heating system. Internet/RCN: Divided between the two of us. I also currently have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, Apple, but no Disney+. Electric: Varies monthly with the use of A/C and heat. Toiletries: We pitch in $ each a month or two for things like TP, PT, cleaning supplies, etc. Your room: There are two guest bedrooms to choose from. One has a small closet (currently occupied) while another is larger but no designated closet. One bedroom will be utilized for guests/airbnb. Me: I am a 30 year old single gay male, young professional who keeps it chill during the week but enjoys to go out and have fun on the weekends. I have a year old female golden retriever. We're both super easy going, go-with-the-flow. I'm working diligently with her to be well trained so you don't need to worry about her chewing shoes or getting into trash. She is not overly hyper at all and loves to nap a lot! The place will be fairly furnished besides your bedroom. I enjoy watching movies and tv, having a glass or two of wine and cooking. It would be cool to have a roomie enjoy those things too, but not necessary. We may host a big party a few times a year. This is for sure not a “party” house but we like to have a good time! I generally keep to myself and am fairly quiet except for the occasional music mood or watching movies. I'm currently not working from home so I am gone a lot during the daytime. You: Young professional around the same age. We definitely are looking for the right vibe that has similar interests. Must be clean and tidy and willing to pitch in weekly for chores, non-negotiable. We take pride in our space! :p
