Is a short walk to Alberta, Killingsworth and Freemont areas, and an easy ride to Williams/Vancouver, Mississippi, Broadway and Hollywood, by bike, car or mass transit, or a longer walk. It is about 700 sqft, 1 big bed (with walk in closet), full bath with tub, full kitchen (1 year old stainless fridge), small dining area, large living room, and a 900 sqft deck that has a view of downtown Portland and the West Hills. There is additional storage available in our basement adjacent to the unit. Full size, new, washer and dryer in the unit. Rent is $1295 per month, $850 sec dep. Includes WIFI and Garbage. Gas and electric is billed direct to tennant. (approx $65 per month total according to previous renters). Sorry no pets. This is for a 1 year lease.
