Natural gas heat and ceiling fans throughout help keep you comfortable year-round. The back features a spacious deck overlooking a fire pit and the fully fenced-in yard. Washer/dryer included. The home features many flowering and edible plants, including currants, figs, blueberries, muscadines, raspberries, and strawberries. Lawn maintenance is a tenant responsibility, landscaping for the many flowering and edible plants and bushes is provided by the homeowner. Tenant pays electric; natural gas; water, sewer, garbage; and cable tv/internet. Pets are welcome with refundable $250 deposit per pet. Maximum of two (2) pets. Sorry, this home does not accept co-signers.
