This lovely townhome is full of life and color! It features a large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, a dining area just off the kitchen, and a breakfast bar that overlooks the spacious living room. Upstairs you have 2 roomy bedrooms each offering a walk-in closet and access to a private balcony and the full bathroom with access to it via the primary bedroom as well as the hall. A half bathroom and a laundry room with a washer and dryer included (as-is) downstairs round out this floor plan. The primary suite is furnished with a bed, couch and 2-night stands (The owner prefers the bed to remain with the property, other furnishings could be removed.). Outside you will enjoy a covered front porch and a fully fenced-in backyard with an open patio. No smoking is permitted. One small dog may be accepted with a non-refundable $250 per pet plus a $50 admin fee (subject to owner approval)
