We've got one spot open and we are a mature, quiet, respectable person to move in. The condo is a beautiful place, right on the Scioto River in a complex with a gym and pool. It is also right next door to the frisbee park on Riverside. It is in a perfect location and about a five min drive to campus and ten min to downtown. It is also right in the middle of Grandview, Upper Arlington, and Dublin. A little about myself. I work in IT, 9-5 typically and spend my free time involved in many activities. I like to keep a quiet, clean place and am looking for a responsible, mature individual to share the place with. Rent at the condo for is $1400 which we split evenly 4 ways ($350 each). Utilities are also split. You would have your own bedroom. The condo has a dishwasher, small patio, and laundry is in the the apt building across the street, there are also washer and dryer hookups in the basement if you have your own. We are looking for anyone who wants to immediately move in, or to move in on February 1st, 2016 and sign a lease agreement through April 30th, 2017 with option to renew.
