I have a very, very nice, clean and quiet 1 bedroom and den for rent and it is available now. It has been freshly painted and has very nice dark hardwood flooring though out the suite with tile in the kitchen and bath. It is a ground floor patio garden suite on the back side of the building facing a green space so it is very private and peaceful. It has in suite laundry with a couple of good sized front loading machines and a gas fireplace where the gas is included as is the hot water and you would be responsible for the phone cable and electricity. You would have access to the building club house gym which is not very far away from the suite. Also included is one parking stall in the secure underground parking garage and a storage locker.
