Very easy access to Hwy 26 and 217, no heavy traffic even in the weekday morning. Shopping malls and grocery stores are all located around a few miles. Only a few miles away from down town. Very close to Hi-tech, like Nike or Intel, and St. Vincent Hospital. Great Beaverton school district: Bonny Slope Elementary school Cedar Park Middle school Sunset High school We bought this house originally not for lease. So we did lots of upgrades and selected every features and designs by ourselves. We seek responsible renter to enjoy this beautiful house like we do. Sorry, no pet or smoking. The lot is small with little backyard, so limited yard work & great for tenants. The neighborhood has a small playground that your kids can use or you can walk to the elementary school with a few steps. But if a large yard is desired, this is not the right house for you.
