The maintenance staff at Sunset Summit is excellent. Led by Polo- and the office team they respond quickly and efficiently. Often within hours. If you are looking for a place to live with great ammenities and a responsive and responsible local staff. This is a good choice. We have lived here going on 3 years.

I've loved living at Sunset Summit for going on 2 years now. The Good: - The community is very friendly - Great views - Awesome local walking areas - <10min from Pearl District - Walking distance to QFC, albeit pricey than other grocery stores it's great in a pinch or if you don't have a car - The management staff is a JOY to communicate with. Specifically I've had great experience with Tina, Laura, and Sarah when it comes to lease renewals, maintenance requests, or general questions. The Bad: - Haven't found anything yet. I guess it's a bit pricey compared to other apartments, but as someone who has looked around recently, you really get what you pay for :)
