The living room, kitchen, and one bedroom are on the ground floor, with two other bedrooms and the bathroom upstairs. Living room has a fireplace, and a wall A/C unit. Any other A/C's belong to tenants. There is a fenced patio/dog run off the ground floor bedroom with a picnic table that goes with this unit. Our apartments are rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. Units #2, 3, and 4 share the off-street parking and a common patio space in back of the property. Unit #1 uses the driveway. There's a communal laundry room on the property with coin-operated machines for all units to share.
