One room available for female in garden basement suite. Room mates include 3 others. 1 x Australian female (35), 1 x American male (36), 1 x Scottish male (29). We are looking for someone approx. 25-36 age range. We are social people but will generally socialize outside the house. Must be clean and tidy, willing to clean communal areas etc. Must be non smoker, no drugs, no pets. We also prefer someone that is working and respectful of housemates privacy. It is a large unfurnished room with a wardrobe. Furniture can be purchased from current house mate if needed. Laundry is included.
