I have a one bedroom suite available in a house in the heart of the Commercial Drive neighborhood, between Victoria Drive, and Nanaimo Street. Just a short walk from Commercial Drive, and Hastings Street, and all that these streets offer. At present the suite is occupied by a long term tenant, so the suite needs some upgrading. The wall colors are quite old fashioned, so a fresh coat of paint throughout, a new Bosch dishwasher, and a new shower stall are all in the plans. New flooring throughout also. The pictures give you an idea about the suite, but a fresh paint job will change everything. The suite is on the top floor, so has mountain views, and a small outdoor deck south facing. There is a small outdoor seating area up front with the possibility for gardening space if the tenant desires. We are looking for responsible, and reasonable tenants that wish to make our house their home. The rent is $2400 per month, plus a third of the utilities of electricity, and natural gas heating. for the house shared with two other suites. Free laundry facilities are available in the basement of the house. Reply to the ad with a little about yourself.
