We open our beautiful home to guests only when we’re traveling—typically just once or twice a year. The ground level of the house is separate from the main house upstairs and has long-term tenants. You’ll have full privacy in the house. Our 2.5-story home is ideal for up to 6–7 guests and is best suited for families or related couples (e.g., parents with adult children, or a couple with kids), who live quietly, clean and respectful of the living space. No parties or smoking or gathering allowed! Sleeping Arrangements: • Bedroom 1: Queen bed + ensuite bathroom • Bedroom 2: King bed • Bedroom 3: Double bed + Twin bed (Comfortable for 6 guests; if booking for 7, three will share one room.) Bathrooms: • 1 full bathroom • 2 half bathrooms (all on different levels for convenience) Highlights of the Home: • Eclectic décor with heritage character • High, coffered ceilings and exposed brick chimney wall • Wood-burning fireplace • Warm and inviting atmosphere throughout • Unbeatable Location! Quite yet Steps to Broadway restaurants, cafes, restaurants, grocery, beach, public transportation, 10 min to UBC as well as to downtown! Rental Details: • Entire 2.5-story house is yours during your stay • Minimum stay: 1 week • Available Dates : Sept 2 – Oct 9 and Oct 14 – Dec 30 • Rates: $350/night or $6,500/month plus $250 one time cleaning fee If interested, please share a little about yourself, your visit to Vancouver, and the number of guests in your party.
