It has a Keiser functional trainer, Keiser spin bikes, free weights and rack / bench, as well as equipment geared to a range of resistance and strength training, and yoga and dance (ballet barre). The building has secure bike storage, including a bicycle station for maintenance and a bike wash area. In addition to the bike storage designated for each unit, bike locker space is also available for rent. There is no parking available in this building. All studios come with Shaw high speed internet (Shaw 300) FREE, included in the lease rate. Hot water is also included.
