I've had an amazing experience living here. The maintenance staff are very friendly and dependable. I appreciate the groundskeeper as well, our Community looks beautiful! When I submit a work order, my issue is taken care right away. The office staff are also amazing! The manager, Kris, has definitely raised the bar since she came on board. She has provided various events for the community since being on board. She has a calmness about her that's very pleasant and intentional. She makes you feel welcomed and appreciated. I would definitely recommend our beautiful community to everyone looking for a place to all home, you won't regret living here.

:) please read! Unfortunately they pay for their 5 star reviews, they give extra deals to tenants that give good reviews. There has been plenty of bad reviews left that somehow never get posted. So here is a quick recap of some peoples that I know that don’t get posted. - theft/crime area people’s cars are stolen, and broken into, there was a whole truck stolen too. Even the people on staff have their things broke into -maintenance gets whatever Rando off the street to do jobs they have full right to just walk on in into your apartment -the white blonde old lady is disrespectful to anyone of color (speaking from at least 6 of my neighbors experience -maintenance will not fix anything serious for -2-6 months -most apartments smell like cigarettes -when peoples cars were getting stolen they fixed the problem by adding lights outside -cockroaches & rats everywhere, if you’re one the lucky few who don’t have them say a prayer. -I rather be homeless than live here again. (Rated 5 so that way my review would go up)
