We currently have a number of open rooms available for rent starting August 21st the start of UC Berkeley’s Fall semester. We are currently a small fraternity and rent out additional rooms to local students in the area. Leases range from the Fall semester to the end of the the Spring 2014 semester (August 21st, 2013 - May 20th, 2014). Rooms are organized into suites of 3-4 rooms with a private bathroom in each suite. All utilities (PGE, Water, Trash, Cable and Internet) are all included in rent. Private off-street parking is available for rent as well. The house is located at the corner of Dwight and Piedmont only four blocks from campus and the football stadium. The 49 AC Transit bus picks up right in front of the house and the 51B AC Transit picks up one block down. There is a community living room, a community kitchen and a large front deck perfect for enjoying the amazing weather. Coin Laundry machines are available on-site as well. Rates depend on the size of the rooms and a couple of rooms are very large and can be used as doubles or triples depending on your preference.
