First Month, Last Month, Security and Non-Refundable Lock Fee required. Cable TV and/or Internet is optional and available through Xfinity. We do not provide parking, but there is on-street parking. Smoking/vaping only allowed in designated smoking area. This unit is for one person (i.e. single person occupancy only, no couples, no roommates, etc.)
