If you will be living with someone, in order for us to consider it “combined” income you must have lived with that person for at least 1 year and able to provide a rental reference. If you have not lived together for 1 year with rental reference, each of you will have to quality independently and/or obtain Co-Signers. --Have you been with your job at least 1 year? (If no, you will likely need a Co-Signer.) --Good Rental History (no previous evictions). No Rental History is an automatic double deposit (First Month’s Rent times 2). --We will conduct a Background Check and Credit Check for each person on the application.
