HUGE Master bedroom (14x35). Washer/ dryer hookups. Private Fenced in BackYard. Front porch. Storage shed. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. Owner/Agent. 24 mo lease. Move-in fee required. Please do NOT wander the property unescorted. If you arrive early please text the showing coordinator and wait to be escorted. Answers to commonly asked questions: — Before you schedule, ensure that all adults, that will be living at the property, can attend the showing together on the same day and time. It is REQUIRED that we meet all potential tenants in person. —We are not currently accepting Section 8 or THDA housing vouchers. —The home is available for immediate occupancy.
