It's walking distance to Albertson supermarket. The I-5 freeway is 5 minutes away, as well as Starbucks, Nekter juice Bar, Subway, Mc Donald's and lots more. EV chargers just down the street. Within 10 minutes drive is Irvine Spectrum, Laguna Hills mall, Trader Joe's, Whole foods, Best buy, Saddleback hospital, and so much more. Laguna Beach and beautiful hiking trails 15-20 min drive. I'm looking for renters with stable income and whom are considerate of others, clean, respectful, drama free, drug free. and non-smoking to share my house with proof of income and Excellent credit required credit check fee required.
