House is a short uber/lyft to Hermosa / Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach piers and the beaches. Bills are split between roommates and run around $100 each per month. Roommates enjoy the beach life, volleyball, restaurants, respectful and hard working (quiet) during the week, south bay on the weekends. Looking for a similar fit. Prefer non smokers, no drugs, no pets allowed. Please email if interested with instagram and or linkedin link to help us sort through the replies. Please send the actual link so we don't have to try and search for people and end up with the wrong person. $1300 month to month rental with refundable deposit $1300 deposit if no damage, holes patched painted, and room is cleaned upon move out.
