House has washer/dryer, maid twice a month, outside Weber natural gas grill hooked up to the house gas line, electric smoker, internet, tv, and street parking only for this rental. House is a short uber to Hermosa / Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach piers and the beaches. $1400 with all utilities included. 2 roommates are SWMs in 20s/30s, 1 roommate is F, who enjoy the beach life, volleyball, mimosa brunches, respectful and hard working (quiet) during the week but do have fun on the weekends.
