Awesome Apartment community with amazing amenities! The pool is fun and has a gym right next to it which makes things convenient. There’s also barbecues and community areas where you can have freinds and hang out! Would definitely recommend this complex to people looking for a lovely place to stay! Also the actual apartments are pretty modern and designed very well. Also very helpful staff especially the manager Simeon! He has made moving easy and fluid along with the staff who take care of problems asap!

If you are looking to relocate to the NJ area with close proximity to Newark Airport and NYC, then Avalon Union is a great community for you. The staff is great and the maintenance team under Germain’s leadership is superb. Kudos and thanks to George who was very professional in taking care of my recent service requests. He was very friendly, down to earth, and easy to talk to---all while making sure everything was up to par in my loft apartment. I relocated 3 years ago from Dallas TX and have enjoyed my experience so far. Thanks, Avalon Union for making my living adjustment from TX to NJ a smooth one.
