There is a seating area in the front garden with a small picnic table, benches, and a fire pit, as well as a fountain. Tenant access to all Shelter Bay amenities, including Martha's Beach, golf course, tennis/pickleball courts, hbasketball court and new swimming pool for residents at $10 per year.
