A not-so-hidden gem inside the Sumemrcrest subdivision in Georgetown, a beautiful small-town feel city north of Austin. Quiet area, family-friendly, pet-friendly neighborhood. East View, Wagoner, and James Mitchell Elementary are the schools for the site. This home has many incredible benefits and a substantial open-space floor plan. When walking in, you have the option for dual office spaces, as we have done, or dining room area and office, or whatever you can imagine. The ground floor living room is a great relaxing and meeting space, with easy-to-clean vinyl flooring and a gas fireplace. The open floor plan extends to the kitchen when you have a good-sized island. We loved this space for hosting, as well as the back patio.
