This covers all utilities; whole house and laundry access; internet; kitchen, bath and bed linens, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dish soap (that stuff adds up) You will also have a lock for you bedroom. Also included FREE is a premium Xfinity account that you can use to watch premium TV and movies as part of being our roommate. (HUGE value) This is one of the two large upstairs bedrooms in a 1890 square ft. home. The home is very well laid out for privacy. The heating and cooling system is zoned so that you can keep your own comfort level, and there is plenty of ducting so that there are no cold corners. It is a very clean home as well. You would share the upstairs bathroom with another person. I work a lot both outside the home and in. So, you wouldn't see very much of me. Most of the time roommates are busy doing their business or whatever reason they live in the home, so most of the time you will feel the peace and quiet of living in this beautiful home.
