Minimum of 5-7 business days for the application process and preparing the property for a move in. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE OR. Good-Excellent credit is required. Monthly income must be 2.5-3x times the rental amount, with verifiable proof of income. Anyone over the age of 18 will need to complete an application. No cosigners.
