Vinyl plank flooring in the kitchen carpet in the living room and bedrooms. Parking in the front of the unit. Trash, sewer and water included in rent. Units 3 and 4 have shared laundry. Tenants responsible for Electricity and Gas. Good credit and income verification required to apply. Pet is negotiable. Monthly rent $1975.00. NO SMOKING allowed in the unit or on the back deck, NO SUBLETTING ALLOWED. WE DO NOT ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE OR. Good to excellent credit required. Monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the rental amount, with verifiable proof of income. Anyone over the age of 18 will need to complete an application. No cosigners.
