Gated community, clubhouse with with gym equipment. Gorgeous waterfall feature. One small dog under 30 pounds NO CATS. Price includes trash, sewer and front/common area landscape maintenance. Tenant is responsible for the back yard. Good credit and verifiable income are required to apply. All applicants must view the property before submitting an application. Tenant occupied contact Sedona Rentals for information. Property located in an HOA with parking restrictions etc. THE HOUSE COMES UNFURNISHED.
