Perfect peaceful oasis while you explore the beautiful red rocks of Sedona! Beautiful forested road with mature trees for a quiet oasis on your trip to Sedona. We have a spring water source, specially supplied to this part of west sedona. We also have a water softener with potassium salts and whole house filter - this helps a lot with the dry skin and cracking that is common in the high desert here. You have your own WIFI router so you can control when WIFI is on and off for more restful sleep. Minimum 1 month rental. Includes normal utility usage, high speed internet, reserved parking space and trash pickup. $1800 May - Sep $2000 Oct - April $100 Cleaning Fee $500 Security Deposit You have your own studio casita with everything you need, laundromat is down the street.
