Its minutes’ drive to get onto nearest expressways like I-270 and State Route 315. Downtown Columbus 25 mnts, The Ohio State University 20 mnts and CMH Airport is within half hour convenient drive. Rent is for minimum 12 month lease term. This includes Water/Sewer, trash and HOA (Home Owners Association – paid by owner separately) fees are included in rent. Renter will pay for gas and electric other than personal Internet/Phones. This unit includes washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, gas cooking range, intercom for door bell, large walk-in closet in main bedroom, disabled access, private fenced-in patio for sitting outside with storage closet. The spacious clubhouse complex has large swimming pool- smoking is not permitted. The tennis and basketball courts are available for residents, and clubhouse is available for rent for events/parties. There good sidewalks and number of city parks are close by with 2-3 miles for recreational activities such as North-crest, Northwest, Carriage Place Recreational Center & Park.
