Property Id: 2387745 SECOND FLOOR- Dublin schools! 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom available at The Enclave Condominiums. Located 3 miles from 315 on Bethel Rd. 2253 G is a second-floor condominium in the back of the building. It has been painted, cleaned, and the carpeting cleaned. Vinyl planks flooring in entry, kitchen, and bath- Carpeting in living, dining, and bedrooms. Black appliances, a new kitchen counter, and sink. The laundry area off the kitchen fits a full-size washer-dryer (water included). If you do not own a washer/dryer, every building has a coin-operated one. There are two generous bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet. One has sliding glass doors to the patio, and the other has a bathroom. There is a hallway bath right outside the bedroom with the sliding glass doors. The balcony faces the green space between buildings and has a 3x7 storage closet. Rent includes water, trash, and sewer - the resident pays for gas, electric, and cable. The Enclave units are in buildings with a common hallway: 4 units on the top floor and 4 on the bottom floor. All buildings have a locked entry door with an intercom system. One designated parking space per unit- plenty of additional non-marked parking on the property. 2253 G is ready to rent. We require the new resident to see it before submitting an application. We can hold it for up to 3 weeks from the time of application, provided you sign a lease agreement. You are welcome to see it during office hours: Monday 9:30-5, Friday 9:30-5, and Wednesdays 9:30-12. Christine works in the office and will give you the keys to view it during office hours. If you need a different day or time than office hours, please email King Property Management. Must qualify: good rental history, income 3x the monthly rent (gross), and good credit.
